In Store Return Policy
Returns within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unused with original tags attached and receipt is required. All sale items, jewelry, intimates and seasonal merchandise are final sale. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earnings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools or any product with the sanitary tags removed.
Online Return Policy
You have 14 days to make returns. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges for any order. Refunds to the original payment method are available; however, a processing fee will apply. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earnings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, anything marked "final sale", or any product with the sanitary tags removed.
